Guests who have not yet completed final payment will see the fuel supplement automatically removed from their remaining balance, with no action required.
• Fuel Supplement Conditions for U.S. Reservations
  For U.S.-based bookings, Celebrity Cruises reserves the right to reintroduce a fuel supplement if the price of West Texas Intermediate crude oil exceeds $65 per barrel. Should this occur, the supplement will be capped as follows:

• Non-Holiday Sailings
  For 1–5 night cruises, cancellations made 60 days or more before departure incur no penalty. For 6-night or longer cruises, cancellations must be made 75 days or more before departure to avoid penalties.
  Cancellations made closer to departure are subject to escalating charges. During the mid-range cancellation window, guests forfeit their deposit (excluding taxes and fees). As the sailing date approaches, cancellation penalties increase to 50%, then 75% of the total cruise price, excluding taxes and fees. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to departure are non-refundable.
• Holiday Sailings
  Holiday sailings follow a stricter cancellation policy. Cancellations made 90 days or more before departure incur no penalty. After this period, cancellation charges increase progressively, beginning with the loss of deposit, followed by 50%, then 75% of the total fare. Cancellations made within 14–21 days of departure (depending on cruise length) are non-refundable, excluding taxes and fees.
  Written cancellation notice for holiday sailings must be received at least 90 days prior to departure. Cancellation requests are effective only upon receipt by Celebrity Cruises.
• CruiseTours Cancellation Policy
  Guests who cancel the CruiseTour portion while retaining the cruise will receive refunds based on CruiseTour-specific cancellation guidelines. Guests converting a CruiseTour to a cruise-only booking within 42 days of the tour start date will incur cancellation penalties. The exact fee varies depending on the tour destination and duration.
