Final payment must be received no later than 90 days prior to departure, and bookings created inside 90 days require immediate full payment. General Rules

• Indoor Areas: All indoor areas, including cabins, hallways, lounges, and restaurants, are strictly non-smoking.

Due to extreme environments, guests on specialized and polar-adjacent routes (such as Svalbard) require robust medical evacuation and repatriation coverage (recommended minimum of US$200,000 to $250,000) as a condition of entry for regional excursions.
