You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. To speak with a travel advisor or transact without providing automated text/call consent, please call us directly at 855-699-9983.
Intermediary Role & Third-Party Supplier Contracts
Top Cruise Deals, LLC operates solely as an independent retail travel agency and booking intermediary. Top Cruise Deals does not own, manage, operate, charter, or control any cruise ships, aircraft, tour motorcoaches, rail cars, hotels, or ground transportation. All Travel Packages and accommodations are furnished by independent Third-Party Travel Suppliers.
Every reservation booked through Top Cruise Deals is subject to the terms, conditions, and contract of carriage of the specific cruise line, tour operator, or carrier (including, without limitation, the cruise line’s “Passenger Ticket Contract” or the tour operator’s booking terms). These supplier contracts govern your legal relationship with the operator and contain critical clauses concerning cabin or hotel room reassignments, itinerary alterations, skipped ports of call or route diversions, cancellation penalty schedules, medical clearances, baggage allowances, and statutory or maritime limitations of liability. You agree that Top Cruise Deals, LLC shall have no liability or responsibility for any acts, errors, breaches, warranties, representations, negligence, or omissions of any Third-Party Travel Supplier, nor for personal injury, illness, death, property damage, travel delays, quarantine, missed connections, mechanical failures, or itinerary modifications.
1. Scope of Agreement
You agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement with respect to your use of the Site Offerings. The Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between you and Top Cruise Deals, LLC regarding the Site Offerings and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings. Any future services, products, or promotional programs introduced by Top Cruise Deals shall automatically be subject to this Agreement.
2. Modification of Agreement
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement from time to time in our sole discretion without specific individual notice to you. Any amendments shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. However: (a) any amendments to dispute resolution, arbitration, or class-action provisions shall not apply to disputes initiated prior to the amendment; and (b) any amendments to billing provisions shall not apply to fees or charges incurred prior to the modification. Your continued use of the Site Offerings following any update constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement.
3. User Eligibility & Technical Requirements
The Site Offerings are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction).
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all internet connectivity, computer hardware, mobile devices, and telecommunications plans necessary to access the Site Offerings. Standard messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to SMS alerts and phone communications. Top Cruise Deals bears no responsibility for carrier charges or network outages.
4. Registration Data & Forms
To request quotes, place cabin/tour holds, or complete reservations, you may be required to submit intake forms providing your name, billing/mailing address, phone number, email address, passport and citizenship details, payment details, past traveler loyalty numbers, and emergency contact information (collectively, “Registration Data”). You warrant that all Registration Data you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete. Top Cruise Deals reserves the right to reject any inquiry, cancel booking requests, or terminate user access if fraud, unauthorized commercial scraping, or misrepresentation is suspected.
5. Content & Price Quotes
All cruise and tour prices, availability, itineraries, bonus promotions, port fees, government taxes, and website Content are compiled from information provided by Third-Party Travel Suppliers and industry reservation databases.
All quotes are subject to availability and can change without notice until a booking is accepted by the cruise line or tour operator and the required monetary deposit has been confirmed. While we make every effort to display accurate and up-to-date pricing, inadvertent typographical errors, supplier reservation system glitches, or sudden fare adjustments may occur. Top Cruise Deals reserves the right to decline or void any booking made on the basis of erroneous pricing, whether resulting from supplier error or technical malfunction.
6. Bookings, Payments & Merchant Transactions
- Direct Supplier Processing: In most instances, your payment details (credit card or debit card) are transmitted directly to the applicable cruise line, tour operator, or travel supplier for processing. The merchant charge appearing on your credit card billing statement will generally reflect the supplier’s name (e.g., the cruise line, tour company, or airline).
- Finality of Bookings: A travel reservation is not confirmed until a formal written booking confirmation number is generated and your required deposit is posted by the supplier.
- Cancellation Policies: All cancellations, refunds, and change penalties are governed strictly by the cruise line’s or tour operator’s published schedule. Unless otherwise expressly indicated in writing by Top Cruise Deals, deposits and payments may be non-refundable once the reservation enters penalty windows established by the carrier or tour company.
- Agency Administrative Fees: Top Cruise Deals does not charge hidden agency booking fees for standard travel transactions. However, if a cruise line or tour operator charges administrative change, rebooking, or re-ticketing fees, those fees will be passed directly to the client.
7. Exclusive Booking Bonuses, Onboard Credit & Perks
From time to time, Top Cruise Deals offers agency-funded promotional perks, including Onboard Credit (OBC), prepaid shipboard gratuities, rebate gift cards, specialty dining vouchers, or tour credits (“Booking Bonuses”):
- Contingency on Travel Completion: All Booking Bonuses are strictly contingent upon the client taking and completing the scheduled sailing or land tour.
- Cancellation & Forfeiture: If a booking is cancelled for any reason (whether by the guest or the supplier) prior to departure, any Top Cruise Deals promotional bonus, gift card, or onboard credit is automatically forfeited and rendered void.
- No Cash Value: Onboard Credits applied to a shipboard or resort account have no cash surrender value, cannot be redeemed for physical cash, and expire at the conclusion of the trip if unused.
- Re-pricing Adjustments: If an existing reservation is re-fared, discounted, transferred, or changed in cabin/room category at the client’s request, Top Cruise Deals reserves the right to recalculate or adjust promotional bonuses to match the revised fare tier.
8. Travel Insurance & Protection
Top Cruise Deals strongly recommends that every traveler purchase comprehensive travel protection, including coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, emergency medical treatment, and emergency medical evacuation.
Top Cruise Deals, LLC does not underwrite or adjudicate insurance policies. All travel insurance coverage, exclusions, claims processing, and reimbursement determinations are governed solely by the applicable Third-Party Insurance Provider’s policy terms. If you choose to decline travel insurance, you acknowledge and assume full personal financial responsibility for any cancellation penalties, medical expenses, lost luggage, or travel delays incurred.
9. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements
It is the sole and absolute responsibility of each passenger to ensure they meet all legal entry, transit, and customs requirements for every port of call and destination on their itinerary. This includes, without limitation:
- Maintaining a passport valid for at least six (6) months past the completion date of travel;
- Securing required tourist visas, transit visas, or electronic travel authorizations (e.g., ESTA, ETIAS);
- Fulfilling all health declarations, vaccine mandates, or medical clearance requirements; and
- Ensuring that minor children traveling with one parent or non-parent guardians carry required notarized parental travel consents.
Top Cruise Deals disclaims all liability for passengers denied boarding or entry by cruise line personnel, tour directors, airlines, or government border authorities due to missing, expired, or non-compliant travel documentation. In such events, no refunds will be issued.
10. Prohibited Site Uses
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Site strictly for personal, non-commercial travel research and booking. You agree not to:

- Interfere with server connections or security protocols protecting the Site.
